Riteflow PTFE Mounted Flowmeters
High Chemical Resistance & Purity
Riteflow PTFE Mounted Flowmeters are used for flow measurements in the lab, process flows in pilot plants, metering carrier gases in chromatography, and indicating flow rates in pumping or flow systems.
- Formed from heavy-walled, shock-resistant borosilicate glass; operate at pressures up to 100 p.s.i.g. and temperatures up to 65.5 °C (150 °F)
- Fused ceramic scales accurate to within ±2% of full scale, with 0.25% repeatability
- Uniformly tapered bores with internal rib guides stabilize the glass, stainless steel, or carboloy floats
- Available in four styles: 65 mm scale (sizes 1–6) and 150 mm scale (sizes 1–5)
- Housed in a black anodized aluminum frame with an exclusive tube-lock to prevent turning; a magnifying window runs the length of the scale for easy reading
- PTFE fitting models offer high chemical resistance and purity, with 9.5 mm (0.38˝) straight glass connectors and PTFE and Kel-F® valves
Millimeter scales indicate the height to which the float rises within the flowmeter, correlated with specific flow rates through calibration data sheets or curves supplied with the unit. Note: the Riteflow™ PTFE mounted flowmeter is shown on a leveling base, sold separately.
