Supports gradient makers, hot plates, flasks, beakers, baths and other lab items up to 6.8 kg (15lb). Molded of strong polycarbonate and assembled with no metal parts, the plastic jack is electrically non-conductive, can be immersed in a bath or used in corrosive environments and is steam autoclavable at 121 °C (250 °F).
- Large height adjusting knob allows accurate positioning as an elevated stand from 7.6 cm (3″) to 30 cm (12″)
- Both top and bottom plates may be drilled for permanent attachment to bench or lab equipment with screws or bolts
- Smooth, easy-to-clean top plate has a 21 cm (8.25″) diameter
- Stainless steel support rod (sold separately) attaches to molded-in position in top plate; allows attachment of various clamps and other accessories; dimensions: 46cmL (18″) x 7.9 mm dia. (0.31″)
- Non-corroding, polypropylene burette clamp (sold separately) will not obscure graduations
Note: The rod diameter is 7.9 mm (0.31″) and is supplied with two hex nuts for secure attachment.
